All our pizzas are made with a sourdough base, offering a subtle tang, deep aroma, and a crisp yet airy crust. The base is topped with our house-made tomato sauce, prepared on-site from authentic San Marzano DOP-certified tomatoes. For cheese, we use our own mozzarella– Gouda blend, balancing the softness and stretch of mozzarella with the rich fullness of Gouda
